How we use the information you send us
When you send us a form on this website (a vehicle enquiry, financing pre-qualification, trade-in, service, parts or contact request), Frontier Auto & Imports uses the details you give us to respond to that request. We contact you about it only with your consent, which you give with the required checkbox on each form.
Marketing messages are optional and sent only if you tick the separate offers box. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP or calling the store.
Our financing form is a pre-qualification request only. It never asks for your SIN, date of birth or banking details, and no credit check is done from this website.
Cookies, analytics and ads
To measure our advertising and improve this site we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel. These set cookies and record pages viewed, vehicles viewed and that a form was sent, along with the ad click that brought you here. When you send a form, we also tell Google and Meta that a request was sent; with it we share your email address and phone number only in hashed (scrambled, one-way) form, and Meta receives this from our server through its Conversions API. We never share your message, financing, trade-in or other form contents with Google or Meta. We keep the ad click and campaign details with your request in our customer system.
